Johnny Cash and Frank Sinatra

I love Frank and Johnny. They made me relax before I allowed myself to throw my medical terminology CD-ROM out the window after smashing into a billion tiny pieces. sigh. Explanation -> I have to take my quizes from this disc and I'm pretty sure it hates me. In order to pass we are required to get a 90% in each seperate category. I double check my answers like 3 times...that's a total of 6 checks! You'd think I would get the 90%, but no i don't, b/c the disc is evil. So anyways I spent like 2 hours just trying to pass one category from one chapter and to this very second I still haven't got it! I was about ready to destroy the disc but I decided to eat a chocolate cupcake w/ choc. frosting and choc. sprinkles and listen to Cash and Sinatra instead. Calmed me right down.

So I've realized this week that I'm running on an extremely high stress level due to work, school, upcoming baptism, lack of sleep, and other things. I've become a not so happy person and I don't like not being happy. I need some stress relievers. If anyone has any suggestions other than chocolate that would be great.

Well that's all for now. Until next time, Good night and God Bless!

Stress Relievers? I like racquetball or anything active. Playing drums is great, although the neighbors tend to frown on that in my current location. In fact, I could use a little stress relief right now (I'm up to my elbows in science papers that need to be read and digested...grrr).

Best of luck to you with your CD and enjoy your chocolate cupcakes!

Dan,
I'm rather afraid of playing racquetball...I remember trying it at a friends house and it was kinda scary to be honest. But you are on the right track with the idea of hitting something. I need to take my frustrations out on something...or someone! Any volunteers? just kidding. Maybe I should invest in a punching bag or pretend to punch something and do TaeBoe, however you spell it.

Oh by the way, try to cut back on the science papers. I heard they don't digest well...too much fiber.

There is not better stress relief than just walking away from your problems.

Basically giving up seems to work wonders.

I'm thinking of becoming a motivational speaker....only it seems like too much work...and I don't feel like doing it.

Doug. Giving up is like buying a new car and then selling it to some rich guy for a dollar. This kinda makes sense...well sorta.

Philosophers are so much better than motivational speakers.
