Crazy!...like a Moose!

So I've been working some crazy hours this last week. In fact, I'm at work right now. Good job me.

Anyways. I've been trying to pick up as many hours as I can before I go to Florida in a few weeks!! Woohoo! Going to see my peeps! Man I can't wait! Ok...focus. So as I was saying, I've been working more than my usual 4 days per 2 weeks. :) This week has been especially crazy.

Here is my schedule. Ok. My work week started Tuesday night, 3rd shift. And this is how my week has progressed...

Tues-3rd shift
Wed- 1st shift...that would be a 16hr. shift! fun, fun.
Thurs-2nd shift
Fri-1st shift and then 3rd shift (which is what I'm on now)
Sat. (tomorrow)- I'll be working from 7p-7a. yippee-skippy. (gotta love a little sarcasm every now and then)

That will put me at 48 hours this week.
....I'm used to working 2 days a week!!!! That's a big difference. Actually I'm finding myself enjoying work alot more now than I did when I was only workin a little bit. Weird? Maybe or maybe I'm just cool like that.

I think I've only had like 4 hours of sleep within the past couple days. Everytime I try to get some sleep I'm wide awake, and by the time I start dosing off something rips me out of dream land. For example, my phone will ring and of course I have it on the loudest setting b/c I have my alarm set on it. Lame.

Earlier today when I was working 1st shift, I started getting really slap happy. And I kept repeating one of the residents names b/c I liked the way it sounded. Well I didn't really realize how stupid I must have looked until one of my coworkers just started cracking up and asked if I was ok. That's freikin' awesome.

I'm rabbling. Which is also awesome. I tend to do that when I'm tired. Mornings especially. Kristi and Joni can tell ya all about it.
